If I got a c40se engine, how hard would be be to exchange the c30se engine?

Would it require new wiring?

How hard is it to order parts for the c40se engine?

IIRC, the 4.0 had/has 280(ish) gee-gees so that's up 75 -76 BHP or thereabouts.
If I have to explain, you won't understand!!
