Odometer drive small cog
« on: July 24, 2018, 05:13:09 PM »
I have a contact who can  3d print these.
I need to know if there is any interest in a bulk buy to offset the cost of the file creation and print set up.
Approx cost for the above is 55, so say I could order 20 and sell them on for approx 3 incl postage, would that be of any interest to members?

Cheers
Jon

PS, please, no PM's about this or I will lose track!!! LOL

That would be a great idea, I would certainly take a 3 or 4, the only thing I will say is that having had numerous speedos apart to fix them I have seen different types, certainly in colour of material which I assume may be down to the number of teeth?

Those are all the gearbox end speedo gears, Mr Bootie is on about the weeny weeny gear in the speedo head that fails, its never been available as a separate part and is the most common part to fail on these speedos

That is exactly correct. However I have been directed
to ebay.de where you can get the small cog and the
(What looks like the cover) for approx 42 euros!!!

I thank you for your interest, just going to hang on a bit
longer to check the interest from other forums/ social media.

cheers
Jon
