Ducting removal
« on: February 02, 2015, 02:22:04 PM »
I am drying out the drivers footwell.

I have black spongy stuff out and would like to lift the ducting that covers most of the area under the drivers seat as it it wet underneath. How does this come off as I cant see any fixings or screws.

OK thanks CM,

so if it's stuck down by a tar mat does that mean there's not going to be much water under it?

Sure enough its fixed behind the side of the centre console / dash.
Its only fixed at that end I think so you should be able to lift it up a few inches no problem to dry underneath.
That what my memory says anyway.
