Senator B CDi Steering column

Is the Senator B adjustable steering column complete with shrouds/ignition barrell etc the same as GSI Carlton??

Hi Karol

It should be yes. Its only the steering rack which is slightly different between them with the GSi having fewer turns lock to lock for the 'sportier' feel.

Well Mike im surprised you didnt know that the Senator column is actually slightly longer than the Carlton one (credit to Murph on this) he found out when he fitted the senny dash to his 2.6 estate that the indicator stalk fouls the dash when on main beam!!

short answer is no!
what would life be like if we all drove fwd cars? feckin boring that's what rear drive or bust

It's only a slight amount different but my indicator stalk rested on the horseshoe on main beam!
