Sixfields 2014.
« on: May 19, 2013, 09:16:24 PM »
After another successful meet today I thought I'd get the ball rolling for next year - I'm already looking forward to it!

So...  May 18th 2014
Same venue
Midday for 1pm lunch.

I might even bring a camera next time!  :D

Sounds good...do we maybe want to do a late summer meet? Maybe a smaller one at a different venue...just an idea I'm throwing out...

As it happens I was chatting to Mark and the VODC meet at the Vauxhall heritage centre was mentioned.
6th Oct in Luton.
That was a good meet last year so how about we pile in there?

Good plan!

I'd be up for a convoy from MK.

Yes this is the now anual Vauxhall 'end of show season' gathering at the Vauxhall heritage centre, Luton, 6th October, which seems like a logical date and venue for a get together, i'll be there but quite probably in my Manta unless i get anything else in my workshop mobile (unlikely given my rate of progress!)

Yes I fancy a second meet this year and the end of summer makes sense.

Also looking forward to next years Sixfields meet.

Seen as it's spitting distance from me - go on then!  ;) I have no doubt the car will be in pieces the day before...this year it'll at least get there, fingers crossed!

I hope to be joining you in my Club estate, ( it's a little scruffy but sound and mechanically good and a brilliant workhorse ) as it stands i am not at work but the railway might have other ideas though i will resist them.
