has had a service every year and a massive amount spent, one owner since new, there is a bit of laqueur peel on the bonnet, has had some welding on sills, suspension has been rebuilt,  receipt for over 700 for that. We will need to have the windscreen done at some point.  Has had thousands spent on it to keep it going, there is some rust underneath that has been treated, we will keep a close eye on it, have to find a good garage now, our mechanic has retired.

Nice - but I've stuck it in 'Carlton Show Off', cos it's les likely to get lost in a gamut of threads.  ;)

So nice. Brings back memories of my poor Blue CDx.
1993 2.0 CD(X)i Auto Estate (Rioja Red very little tin worm & reasonable paint).
RIP - 1992 2.0 CDXi Manual Estate (Spectral Blue with far too much tin worm, now only parts).

Hi,

That looks nice. Its the same colour as my Diamond also in Cornwall. Ha ha, what are the chances of that. I live at Porth Newquay so not sure how close your Diamond is but you never know they may pass on the same road one day. I haven't seen another Carlton for a couple of years I think.

Glad you found one. It looks a good one too.

Alan
