I've got geat news today folks! My mate has bought a Senator 24v with a well running engine. The car itself is a shed, totally rusted through everywere and the automatic transmission is shot. It has only first gear..

We will swap the engine pretty soon, maybe even this weekend if there's time, so the car will be running (hopefully) pretty soon !

The old engine died of bad rodknock, probably because of running low on oil a few times. The new engine uses very little oil, which is a good thing, and it has approx. 195 000 on the clock.

The engine swap is done, and the car is running! But, there's a few more things to doo before the test drive. He's waiting for the clutch hose to the gearbox and also there are a few loose parts in the engine bay. It runs sweet as a nut though, and I'm happy to see it brought to life again  ;D
