12v sucks, unless your looking for a cheap anchor for your private cruise liner! It's not so much the power but the sheer weight of the damn thing. 24v is heavy enough!!!

24v is lighter and more powerful, this means not only more acceleration but less weight means better braking and handling. Ok there are a few design flaws but they can be fixed if your willing to spend some money.

I used to have a 12v, sounded ace but I just can't see potential in them.

also people can't deny the 24v looks flapping awesome under the bonnet

In a previous post on this thread, I think its post #44, I said the car had 232 bhp at the wheels. As you may have guessed, I got it wrong. I should have said it was at the flywheel.

I never noticed my mistake until reading the thread again.
