60 Years of Lotus cars, so went with pa and bro-in-laws to Hethel.
Bro-in-law works in Lotus Engineering, pa-in-law worked there from 1965 to 1992 (including Lotus Carlton).

Some random pics.............

The New Evora (or Project Eagle as it was known).
I don't want one -I NEED one!

The 6WD Fraud Antarctic van/truck

The vehicle that will attempt to get from the South Pole to the edge of the Antartic in less than two days

The "ECO" Elise (Bro-in-law had alot to do with this. Made from hemp and other sustainable sources)

3-D model making - this machine was actually running for the day

So was this one

Hand built engine? Try this!

Try not to break it, 007!
This engine was stripped and rebuilt after an hours running - over 30 times. The guy was only told that it had to be done, and do whatever it takes to rebuild it! All-aluminium engine, so I reckon on lots of helicoils then...........

Wot, no pistons? 4wd lecky Mini

Old Freind (or not!!!). Lotus Carlton/Omega (the Lotus Type 104 to be precise), cutaway engine

Anyway, the best from what I shot today. Have a few car shots, but we all know what an Elise, Exige etc look like!

Do you know what "Nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible c*nt... me.
