My old CDX did that and my mate who is a Vauxhall mechanic said the sunroof drainage channel gets blocked and overflows into the Boot.

Mine does the same - but I think I've found the cause.

You know the little plastic bit on the ouside that goes at the bottom of the C pillar - it effectively covers the joint between the C pilar and the rear quarter panel. Well, (sic) I reckon mine's leaking from one of it'd mounting holes, cos it was OK till a plastic fixing broke.

Anyone wanna buy some Sikaflex? Wink

Long bit of welding wire down the sunroof overflows and the other place is the boot lid rubber itself.............

Both these have sorted all my soggy boot problems

My Carlton aslo leak into the boot.
The problem was the spot welded joint at the bottom of the c pillar,
which runs across the drainage channel.
Even though there was no damage to the paint, the water seeped between the two
panels into the boot.
Took me a while to find the cause.
Clean the joint up and stickaflexed it.
