After listening to DAB, I NEED one for the Carlton - can't stand local radio (best of the 70's and 80's plus housewive's choice, all to nicey nicey for me) and BBC radio is usually a choice of screaming self-important idiots on One, boring, self-indulgent idiots on Two, and sleep-inducing waffle on Three and Four.
Classic is OK though.
But I need to listen to rock/metal/punk etc, and DAB gives me that!!
Any recommendations on head units, as there seems to be very big price gaps, but not too much in the way of differences in the specifications.
I've been told that exterior aeriels are better than stick-on windscreen types - how much better, I don't know.
Any help appreciated!
