any one wanting to or thinking about fitting senator door cards to there carlton go for it i have just done it just make sure you get the four interior door handles then the only thing you have to do is remove the heater vents on the side of the dash they are bolted on behind the covers with 4 8 mm bolts once these are removed the door cards fit straight on with no modifications wat so ever and look a million times better than the carlton ones imho any way thanks for reading this

I got a set and was wondering how it would look with the side pods removed from the dash. Does it not look a bit strange with the door open. Would it be advisable to get a covering made and also to open up the holes for maximum flow to the door card itself.
How did you get on with the door lights, is the wiring already there in the carlton, I have a CDX estate I want to to do this with.
Already 1/2 way there with the grab handles, like I have the senator ones with the lamps already in, just got to convert them to LED so cheers for the info on that, very helpful, don't even have to think what to buy from maplins now.

hi mate does look a bit odd with the door open but how often are the doors open really the door lights fitted and the wirering was already there so just pluged them in will post some pics very soon hope this all helps cheers craig
