Can you get them out?, the Drivers Seat has a broken one on the Senator Interior I got.

IIRC they just turn and come out - they're only clipped into the metal frame work and when you turn it it will release.

It's the same as the rear headrest metal bars, they turn and pop out too.

Not much left of it to turn it, top is all smashed off. How far down are the lugs if I have to chisel it or something?

they're about 5" long, just get some pliers on it.
