Hi Guys,

I have being doing a few things on the server over the last day or so which will probably have been the cause for the odd bit of slowness.

I just rebooted the server a few mins ago too which would be why the site was down altogether for a few minutes.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

If you have any other slowness issues give the colonel a poke to get in touch with me so I can address it for you as I only check here time to time Smiley

Oh - the spell check feature should be back now btw

The only issue i have is that when you log on for the first time that day, and hit the "Show unread posts since last visit" button, you get no posts.  You then have to hit the "show all unread posts" button for any recent ones to appear!!  If you stay logged on, the button works properly.  But if you log off again, you need both buttons!!

What's that all about then?  It definately used to work properly before any changes were made to the site speed (which isn't a problem anymore for me).

No probs as such here - slowed down a bit, but so did ABS, Club Calibra and a few others - I put it down to some sort of common server  issue.

Thats a bit of an odd problem re the show unread posts problem. I suspect it is more likely to be an SMF bug than a server issue though.

There was about an hour of down time tonight that I completely forgot to tell you about. My host were moving servers about the place.

I will be keeping an eye on things to make sure all is ok over the next few days, please report any issues in here.
