Bloody great idea, Ian!

I have a suggestion - we could expand this to make a "Handy Web Link" section, as we do on VXP.

Idea is, someone has a weblink, PM's admin, they check it out and put it up in the section, and lock it to help keep everything tidy.

Wotcha fink?

I recommend EVERYBODY check to see if your vehicle is correctly described in the Insurance Database. I recently found out that I was under insured because the database did not say salOon or estate. My insurance company said that it was a saloon because it did not say estate ! I told them it was an estate whe I started with them. Apparently they just enter the info they have on the Insurance Database. What does your registration document say? What does your insurance document say? Should be the same.

If you are under insured you are 3rd party only. No arguments, they win.

Makes you wonder how many 'non insured vehicles' are actually mistakes by somebody somewhere in hyperspace.

I am now in discussions with the DVLA, the Motor Insurance database  and my insurers to find out what exactly somebody has put my car down as.

The bottom link to check whether or not the car is taxed or off the road is no longer valid.
