I Been having a central locking problem since i Bought the car. When I unlock the door from drivers side Although the pin from the inside pops up (the plastick bit) i need to have the key turn and on the same time with my other hand to pull the handle. I also have to lift the plastick pin from the inside just a little bit in order to unlock the passengers door.
When I unlock the car from the passengers side the passenger door opens fine but still the drivers door although the pin lifts it needs to be lifted a little bit more from the inside to unlock it.

Any help guys?

If I had that problem, I'd start with the easy bits first, like wondering if the battery voltage was a bit low and the solenoid wasn't developing enough grunt to fully operate the mechanism; for instance, does the same thing apply after a run ?
Then I would try a little light oil where the plastic knob slides.
Then I would start the hard bits like checking and applying wd40 to the connectors but be careful when removing the large plug and socket in the root of the door because the plastic locking clips will have become brittle.
If you need to take the door card off, use a thin bladed small screwdriver in the CENTRE of the red insert on the plastic button( since it seems to move easier at the edges you will be tempted to lever on the outside and this will certainly break the insert ) remove the lock mechanism check and oil the solenoid connector and the lock mechanism while your at it.
As the saying goes " at least it will keep you off the street" while you're doing all that !!
