German ebay is the most likely place to find them nowadays. I was EXTREMELY lucky to find a brand new, never fitted pair here (and for a change, didn't pay owt like what they would normally cost ) in the UK. Look the bollox when fitted though!

Ha! Bloody won't sell mine!
Yep, I've had 2 sets now (unfortunate incident with the rear end of my car and a wall whilst reversing!) both have been brand new, and both came from ebay in germany.
expect to pay about £100 (euro equivelant), plus most people in germany won't accept paypal either.

Dont think it was savagely bad actually. At the end of the day the carlton is RWD, so as long as you can get the chosen GBox and Engine physically mounted, you get the prop made to fit, wiring shouldnt be too bad as long as you keep the ECU loom in one piece. Think he did have an issue with gearstick location however! I speak theoretically of course! But as a general rule, RWD cross-marque engine swaps are much easier than FWD ones

Ah yes the RB26DETT and its brothers. Nice engines. The 2JZ is just as tuneable (im told!) Would love to stick one of them in a Carlton for a laugh!

What lights are these? Do they come from the 3000? reason i ask is because I bought a pair of these (second hand) for replacing my standard clusters...
