The multi player has been removed from my CDX so there is just the bracket remaining. It gets in the way of my push bike and needs to be removed.

I've seen one of the bolts after taking the rear speaker out and have tried to get the rear shelf out after teking out all the fixings but it seems pretty solid.

I think I can get one bolt off with a small spanner but I am stuck as to removal of the other two.

Is there a trick to getting this out or do I needs to get all the rear shelf out? If so how do I do this?

Had a similar problem with mine, only resolution in the end was to remove the rear headrests, lower back seats, remove trim from around back seat/bootspace, lift up rear shelf enough to get hand with spanner under then swear a lot as I fiddled to undo the bolts, worked but was a real pain in the butt.

Somebody else may have a better method, me, I'm just plain awkward at times... Grin

I couldn't get the rear trim out enough to get at all the nuts but you can get at one from the speaker hole with a small spanner. I think if you want to take it out completely you need to remove the side upholstery pieces which are very well jammed in with a big steel hook.

I ended up drilling the bolts out from underneath. You can just see the outline of the three bolts through the block paint on the bracket.  The only thing then is to get the plates which the bolts go into out of the body, not too difficult
