How much should I be looking at spending on a pair of new front wings? Yesterday I was quoted £140 + vat which I politely turned down.

Is this the going rate?

New wings are priced at £51 each +VAT for pre facelift and £75 + VAT for post facelift.  Not as cheap as I thought obviously!

Incidentally the same place quoted me £17 + VAT for a wheel arch repair panel

After a bit of brainstorming, I rememberd a place my dad used to go to for panels in Nuneaton, Warks. So I gave them a ring and have been quoted £36+vat for a pre-facelift wing, and £56+vat for facelift.

From what I can remember the quality was good from them but that was going back a few years so things may have changed, but the reason they're cheap is because they are trade prices but the company is happy to sell over the counter.

The company is called Nuneaton Replacement Panels and for those interested the number is 024 7638 7326. Hope this will help someone Smiley

How can a poxy flower bed bend a wing? Huh

Oh well, if you STOP SHOUTING, I'll tell you........... Roll Eyes

It's easy - it's bolted on. Someone else with more time will tell you which ones are where but it's only a case of a few bolts.
