did any carltons come with out the badge on the bonnet?

i've seen a few GSi's without a badge recess so r all GSi's the same?

IIRC, As standard, all Carltons came with the round bonnet badge. I think some omegas were sticker badges, and therefore no recess.

I've done both my carltons now with no badge, full of filler.

I think it looks a lot better without - doesn't look like a "nose" if you know what I mean...

I`m with sean yer i think your right, only the  later cavalier came with a smooth bonnet as the badge went in the grille
