There's a whole thread devoted to this car on here somewhere, see if you can find it.

As I remember the opinions were, as you said, Very mixed.
Personally I like the front end but not the rear.

As someone said on here tho - Its not what everyone else thinks of your Carlton that counts.  As long as you are happy its all good.  Wink

Are you planning to mod it any more?

I like the arse end!!

There's been some work gone into it - it won't be to everyone's taste (god, I hope mine isn't!), but it looks like alot of the usual Carlton tinworm issues might have been addressed, so it's all good.

It's your car, mate - sod everybody else as long as you like it, that's all that counts, in my book!

Enjoy!!

Ah so you are the owner of the infamous carlton Smiley

Sounds a bit crayzee about the previous owner Sad Hope you get those wiring problems sorted. Glad to hear you are going to continue to fettle it, would be good to see it in the flesh at some point Smiley

My opinion of the bodywork was.... the bonnet was a bit toooo fussy for myself, and it needs wider wheels to fill them arches. Other than that... good stuff Smiley
