digidash is now displaying the numbers 39 71 on the mileage disply when the ignition is turned on................................ and there was me thinking when it comes up on mine , diff numbers , that it was yr on manufacture derrrrrrrrrrr

ok, i have fuel pressure, spark from coil but no spark from dizzy  , is there supposed to be live(s)from the 3 pin multi-plug or live(s) to the three pin plug on the side of the dizzy? i think i am looking at a knackered dizzy?  |

Spark at coil - no spark at dizzy. Rotor arm fubar, crack in dizzy cap - these would break down gradually, giving you a chance to replace before death, so I would be pretty sure it's not them, or if so, have you not been listening to it talking to you? Main lead from dizzy to coil - can go (in the immortal words of Tommy Cooper) "just like that". Guess what I'd try first!  |
