OK in the [past few week s i have seen the carlton population grow in this town as when i bought mine two years ago , you would hardly ever see a carlton around this town .

But now i have seen more than a dozen and really nice ones in good condition , even  my postman drives a blue cdx .

So a week ago i spotted a Red 24v gsi on princess drive were i work and now yesterday as i was walking out the door of my shop were i work on princess drive a black night shined in front of my eyes , not an lotus carlton unfortunatley ( i would have messed my trousers  ) . But it was a black 1989 24vgsi . IN fair condition , im sure it had belonged to a customer in the shop but every time i looked out the door to see whom owned it , i kept getting called away .

So if he aint already a member i`ll find him and have a word and point him in this direction .

But if i find the chav whome put your side window threw i shall tie him to a very big lampost and we shall all laugh at him and make him cry because he has such a small brain and thinks he is cool because he tucks his trackies into his socks .

What's the registration?  I saw H854DRN in Lincoln a couple of weekends ago, that was a black GSi 24v.  Can't be too many of them around!

i will take a look when im in town next , as i cannot be driving around to much as i have no tax at the mo . But im sure its a H reg .

Went hunting for the gsi last night , and she was not parked were she usually is , i even went with camera just in case . I might be brave enough to knock on the door if she is there again .

The gsi has vanished , and has been replaced by a red escort by the looks of things . The poor old gsi has probably ended up in a breakers yard or at the auctions . But i wont give up hope yet .
