any one done the led swap on the window switches yet Huh i had a look at one of the spare ones i have , took the back off and it exploded  Shocked. so off to the bin it went  Roll Eyes

true, but i wanted to do it properll  Wink but im not so sure you can Roll Eyes , same with the mirror switch unless some one can tell me diff  Huh

I have one done and yes I broke a switche before finding out how! Roll Eyes

Depress the tabs on the side and gently lever the switch rocker out from the front.

Use your broken switch as a map for the wiring - I think the terminal nearer the edge of the switch is earth but double check that.

It will be a PITA to find a route for the resistor to fit in but it can be done.

You will need much smaller LED's - 3mm IIRC

i do , but if u read me other bit on here you will see im a bit dishaertend now, spent £1.50 on leds for ashtray and bits and they dont do what they say on the packet Cry
