I think Billing is 7/8 July. This year, The Louts WILL be there. might be on VXPirates, or ABS - kinda depends whether ABS want it there!

That's kinda what I was getting at, Mr. BC - whether there was gonna be a "modified" section on the ABS display. Cool - I'll have it there for the Sunday then!

Small amount of Mayo in Rad Water. Slowly building up, It gets flushed every few weeks. Losing Water. Even new hoses are starting to perish NO water in oil tho Exhuast has more holes than a holy person. MOT due in a few weeks Tyres are getting worn (tracking out but track rods seized) AND my insurance has gone up again now over 1k+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also run out of money. The only thing i have a lot off (with ever increasing amounts) is bad luck. Yas

That def sounds like the head gaskets gone. Water may not be getting into the oil but the oils getting into the water.

I agree. I had the same problem with my old 24v. Lots of brown sludge in the header tank. I also had spots of oil up the back of the car after a good run. I changed the CHG and fitted a fully refurbisheds cylinder head & was fine afterwards!

Had the head rebiult and refurbished last year as the had a blown gasket when io bought it.. Skimmed, new, seals, etc. I 1st thought it was remnant oil from the engine, as it was slowly cleariung, with ocasionmal build up. I couple of months ago it did blow the header tank under pressure (only 5miles from home), thinking it was the thermostae i replace it. The oil has been sluge has been building up slowly, cheacked oil and notheing. I dont drive it that often as i drive the company van most days. I started suspecting the gasket hence why i go the new car (mot failed). All on the road now tho So now want to fix the thing. but no money. dont want to drive it as i dont want to do further damage. too good to scrap. Cant buy a donor car as i have no space (dont even have a driveway or garage) so eith remoce the engine anbd rebuild fully. or get a new engine, tune and fit. Anyone have a free engine? Yasmine

Very sorry to hear about your car, Yas My advice would be to take it off the road to sort out the engine, but before you do, try & get it through its mot. You will find that you will have more incentive to get the engine done if it's tested & ready to go back on the road as soon as it's repaired. So long as the tyres are still passable, I would patch the leaking exhaust, clean & lightly grease all the brake pipes & check all the other usual stuff & take it for a test. If there are problems that you hadn't realised were there & it fails miserably, you can then make the hard decision whether to do this work, plus the engine head work, or whether to just call it a day with the car. If you can get another years test on it fairly easily, then that makes it worth while cracking on with the engine repair/swap - well, that's what I would do
