going by the number of "well of topic conversations" that are going on at the moment and non availabilty of a decent instant messenger, perhaps a separate section for the guys and gals to chat on would be an idea. (Me being one of the worst culprits).

no, but we may be stopping other topics from appearing as we seem to have 4 topics on the go and always on top. pushing others to the bottom of the pile and unread.

I always read from the bottom upwards so the latest posts get read last!!
