Thought I'd post this again today cos the photo site I used yesterday seems a bit iffy.

She's a 1993 24v 5sp manual with 113k, mot till march but no tax.

Anyone who knows these cars does'nt need to be told about the addictive wave of torque & good handling - and this one's one of the best.

At least I thought that she was one of the best till I saw the other one posted  for 4 grand - mine's not wuite as good as that, she's got a few things that need attention, but the body is sound, the engine pulls like a train in any gear and she's still smooth & quiet.

Parts of the exhaust will need replacing soon, there's a couple of clunks from the rear under power take offs (good fun), this is probably the susp link donuts -an easy fix.
The worst thing wrong with the car from my point of view is an annoying electrical fault that sees the temp & fuel guages drop to zero - an F comes up in the trip computer and the battery light glows faintly.....a sharp tap on the top of the dash fixes it so it's obviously a connector or solder joint, does not affect the way the car drives but it niggles me.

Anyway, I'm asking £1500 for her, and it would'nt take much to make this car a1... I have access to a company car so I never use it anymore so someone give her a good home.
