Wiring the Head Unit Plug

(Although the "click here to go back" won't work if you're not in the frameset @ kingnero.be ...)

Take note: on most other car brands the +12V feeds are switched, make sure they're wired correctly as otherwise you will lose your preselections and all memory...

Hope this helps,

and feel free to add the blanks  Smiley

aye, it seems to work, however it opens a new window (I'm using Mozilla Firefox)...
from kingnero.be it opens nice in the frameset, without opening new windows...

anyway, hope it helps,

On my car I haven't got the additional wiring, but those who have the Dash Illumination on their head unit, feel free to confirm it's pin 3 (or pin 6), there is a "speed of car" input as well on some models (to turn up the volume whilst driving), and I've read about an alarm trigger but I don't know that for sure...

I ment: you can change the intensity of the dash gauges with the turn button right under the lights switch.
Now, the head unit's illumination can be changed together with the dash lights, for that you need to wire the turn switch to the ISO plug, to either pin 3 or 6.
