I also need a complete rear passenger side door card complete with window switch and lock button surround. Just discovered what a barsteward they are to remove and killed it all. the card was broken anyway and the door is rusting away so not too bothered, just means I have to replace the card now.

In Grey. If there is a full set thats cheap I am happy to keep them together as my other rear one has a cigerette burn. I didn't bother to research how to remove them and I got stuck with the button part. Ended up pulling the doorcard off after breaking the plastic button surround off. I managed to ruin the window switch as well I needed a new card anyway and the door is fooked so saw it as a trial to see how they come off, just a shame I broke a few extra parts. I now know you have to remove the red tab and undo the screw behind. Are these red tabs available from Vauxhall? are they common between the Senator and the Carlton? I would need the window switch and button surround if possible. Cheers.

Red tabs are availiable from VX for pennies (or from ebay for pounds) and are common to Carly and Senny.

No problem mate. I was getting a bit confused because bstardchild is called Ian as well I am going to be at Billing all weekend so this project is on hold but I need to be gathering these bits I need soon after this weekend. I want to get the interior finished so I can start driving the car again. bstardchild, if I came up to collect the bits you offered would you look at my dual ram vacuum and tell me if it is OK or not. I looked for the vacuum pipe but cant see the one and would like someone who knows what they are looking for to havea quick check for me. Thanks.

Bit late on the bits chap - rest of the car went to the scrappy last week as I said it would - I only kept parts I had promised to people and they were all collected before Billing show by an ABS Member for delivery at the show - I hate throwing good parts away but I have no need for excessive stocks of spares!

Looked back thro the post and the only thing that I know I have is a front bumper in silver maybe some interior trim and a X-Spoke wheel or two (These are still in my loft forgot to chuck it out with the shell when it was collected) you said you wanted doors, bumpers bootlid etc in the same colour as your car so everything like that went with the car unless it had already been confirmed as definately required - ie scatmancraig had both front doors and wings delivered to him at Billing loads of other people had bits delivered there too

Front bumper would be interesting, I have come to the conclusion if I want some good body panels then some spraying may be nessersary. If you have a good spare wheel with decent tyre then that would be great also. I need a rear N/S grey leather door card and the alarm box if you have one. How much for the bits I have mentioned above? I would like to come and collect but I just need to have some contact details so I can arrange it.

I'd have expected that too - £25 collected If you have a good spare wheel with decent tyre then that would be great also. All my wheels are without tyres - £15 Collected I need a rear N/S grey leather door card . All sold already - sorry and the alarm box if you have one Probably if I have one - £5 Collected How much for the bits I have mentioned above? All priced above I would like to come and collect but I just need to have some contact details so I can arrange it. I'll sort that out in a PM

I'll have the following bits then, will wait for my PM and contact you to arrange a suitable time to collect. Front bumper if its complete and in good condition and the alarm box. I will try and get mine out to match it up. If the wheel is very good and corrosion free I will have it, I will get someone to swop my tyre over as I was told the reason my tyre keeps going flat is down to the rim of the wheel and not a slow puncture. Does anyone have a set of grey leather doorcards for sale? Only need the rear passenger one but will take a set if someone dont want to seperate them. Will also need a rear window switch and the plastic surround for the lock button. Oh, and the rubber trim that is on the sill as you look down with the door open. My rear drivers side bit is missing. If anyone is breaking a Senator would be very happy to hear from them.
