the doors i'm swapping have a beige interior and the leather door cards have to go on them

when the door cards are off i'm left with the trim along the bottom of the window and inside handle the wrong colour  Angry

the trim along the top edge does it just pull off? an can it be re-used ok?

how do i remove the handle?

Take it your talking exterior handle and weather strip?
If so weather strip comes off very easily, just prize up carefully with flat bladed screwdriver all the way along[don't be tempted to tug once one end is up] otherwise trim will bend.
Handle has spring clip inside door that you have to remove and then simply pulls out of door[sounds like Haynes joke book explanation lol] done it loads of times Smiley

You could be right there old chap, i remember they got stupid plstic clip type thingys that you have to push in before you slide handle backwards[need four hands iirc] Roll Eyes

Got answers both ways then Daz.
Either way you can re-use the trims if you are careful.
