Hello all you carlton fans, came across the site by chance, the carlton I have is a CD2i Estate L reg. The car has been off the road for 3 years and has been kept under the car port, I am now working on her in a very casual way and hope to have her on the road for the end of May so that I can tow our caravan with her as we have done in the past.

Regards Mike

We have a few members over that way but most of our welding members are over SE London area.
All the same we may just be able to help with locating parts and finding what help you need. What other parts do you need? and what engine does your car have?

Hello I am new to this forum but have been on ABS for a while. I own a white Lotus Carlton replica that I built and then raced in Nevada many years ago. I also have a business called BTB Exhausts that makes exhausts for racing cars, and have a sideline business selling Lotus Carlton parts called Agamemnon.

Is it a manual or auto?
Also can I ask where you're located?

Murph. DO not have ... photo to hand but will get one. My husband and I bought the car from a friends neighbour for our disabled son.It had been garaged all its life. Someone reversed into the back door which we replaced, the only thing is the car is blue and the door is red. The wing mirror was broken and that shorted out the heated rear window which exploded. We had it replaced but have not connected it because of the short. The car is an automatic and was driven every day. There is nine months MOT but the tax was a disabled one. My son died of a heart attack last month, the car was his pride and joy,he loved it.I want the car to go to someone who will also love it. We live in Stoke Poges in South Bucks our post code is SL2 4DN.

Sorry to hear of your recent sad loss. As regards the car, it has probably found a safe place and I am sure that someone on here will be able to make the best of it. You are in the home counties so I am sure someone from totalCarlton will be able to look at the car. Best wishes Peter.
