as a for instance my dash/instruments stopped working and upon a cry for help mrchaz came up from maidstone to my house and identified the cause (i had been tearing my hair out for a week)

However, it looks like someone would administer it to be sure of locations so as long as the administrator (Prob Ian or Myself) has half a brain and a map it should be all good.
I agree that Ian or Mark should have the say though.
