We've all got em and I'm guessing they all go like this ...

Its the long plastic covers which run from front to back in the cabin down the left and right hand sides of the car ... and you scuff them everytime you get in and out and they are usually cream with a silver strip or blue with a silver strip depending on car colour ...

The metal sticky back plastic thingy bit always gets a bit scruffy ... any ideas on how to replace the posh metal sticker bit (been thinking of duct tape bit might look naff - or does anyone know if vauxhall sell replacement sticky strip tape?

Cheers

Custom made stickers - on clear vinyl so they cover the scuffs very well

thinking of doing the same to my diplomat, i.e stickers. Got as spare set of black and chrome ones in the gararge? I ordered some new clips as my right one keeps popping off aswell outer  sill clips. Off to vauxhall to get one tomorrow. Chances are they will be the wrong ones!

Would it be worth asking the chap if he could have a job lot made up Ian?
That way the prices should be lower and the poor sod wouldnt need to be bombarded with mails, we could simply find out who wants them (if he's willing) and let him know accordingly.

I'd have a set by the way.  Senny ones at that.

I do know Paul is quite a busy chap, give him a bit more time and he will reply. It was the same when I asked for a set of ABS ones for my rear windows of the estate's, took a while to get back to me, but he did eventually.
