Well what can i say!!! They let me home this afternoon but can`t pic car up from daughters till monday. Feel such a twit as i was in charge of the Tailgate and unloading, thought the tailgate was up and stepped back "UPs" it was down. Seems funny now but wasn`t at the time.

Sorry the meet had to be put off i was looking forward to meeting you all.

take care brian

Oh well!
Chris & I went along just for the hell of it and had a very nice and inexpensive meal and a couple of beers so it wasnt a total write-off.

Good venue that - I'll post some pics when I get them developed.  We'll schedule another for june/july time.

HOPEFULLY PEOPLE WILL TURN UP TO THIS ONE!  Wink

Murph, I have a complete steering column in the garage, give me a bell when you get back mate.

Jon

Jon,
Murph was bringing the steering column for me to collect (and pay for). Still need it but forgot I had promised my Daughter and her friends I would be looking after them this weekend (caused the usual scenes with the ex Embarrassed). If it was just the Daughter, and my lads, I was planning to bring them but no way with the whole posse.
Feel terrible as it seemed to be a poor turnout anyhow and with Hazzy falling off the back of a lorry (get well soon) I think its just Blippi, Murph and CM.
If anyone picks this up who is going can they ask Murph to call me on 01926 315931 so I can try to organise things?
Cheers

Well I thought I'd post some pics of the venue as it was such a nice place.

Somewhere for the kids (of all ages LOL)

Nice restuarant

The lone Carly

I'm hoping to arrange a meet in the summer at the same venue as it was easily accessed from the A1, had ample parking, good beer and a steak lunch for £7 which was the nuts!
