Carlton Show-Off

Ok, had a few queries about this section.

Basically, my initial intent for this section was for it to be sort of like an online diary for people, so they can keep a reasonably uncluttered page detailing their car, its history and its progress over time.
This was the reason why people arent allowed to post.

However, there seems to be a growing need for people to be able to comment on the cars they see. Ive felt it too, especially with Budgie's beautiful restored Carlton.

This gives me 3 options (see the poll )

Ok, after a look around, it looks like I may be able to sort a Car-Blog setup, with comment system.

I think comments should be allowed in carlton show off, if any comments were not wanted in those forums then a report to a mod/admin would be sufficient to edit the comment im sure.

Anyhow im interested in the car blog thing you mentioned so will see how that goes?

I think it would be funny if people could comment on my car (mainly when it's finished), would be amused to read what others think!

I personnelly think there should be 2 sections 1 4 u 2 just show ur progress then maybe there's a way u could duplicate it so that ppl could give there views?

I've just voted to open it up - but if you put pics up and people slate it, then that's the risk you take!

I've had mainly good comments about my Carlton since it's been on the road, but then some people don't like bits or all of it. Not a problem if peeps don't like, cos it's MY car...........and I love it.

As Lemmy once said, if you have a flag, run it up the flagpole and see who salutes it!
