NOT SOLD - I think.............

I really do pick em! Bought by a classic car dealer in Hull, so I thought. Deposit on its way. Didn't arrive. Lost in post he said. Will pick it up last thursday. Didn't come. Then sunday. Didn't come. Then monday. Guess...............didn't come. Supposed to call me yesterday to give me a firm day. Didn't call. Says he definitely wants it..................

So if anybody actually wants it, its still available. No time wasters please.

Am I pissed off? You bet. And I want the garage to do some work on the Diamond. Wish I had the space to keep it as rust free Carltons are rare now. Even selling it at a competitive price didn't bring much of a response although if a dealer wants it it should be worth more.

I can now understand why so many people are just scrapping their old cars Shocked

All the hassle of trying to sell not to mention the costs.

Hope you get a genuine buyer soon.

I cannot help wondering if someone is more likely to buy it as the weather gets better. This is because people get more interested in going out and buying things as the days get longer. So don't rush to sell it anyway just yet. Certainly dont give up for a while.

Hmmmm, ok. I dunno what else to say to that  Cheesy  I know that when I suggested selling ours, my other half wasn't too keen on it. Paula loves it, even though she can't drive.

Good luck this time. It deserves to go to a good owner as it certainly looks nice.

Think it must have been the weather putting people off. Had quite a few enquiries in the last couple of weeks. The new owner sounds dead keen & wants to know all about Carltons so looks like he will appear on TC no doubt.
