This is my 3.0 24v engine from my estate, being replaced by a 2.0 engine for economy purposes mainly. It's coming out this weekend.
1992 C30SE engine taken originally from a Senny 24v. Rolling roaded at 214.9bhp/224.3ft-lbs of torque (printout provided)
Full top end rebuild (head was pressure tested, skimmed and cleaned) new seals all round. Head was then fitted with a Goeig head gasket and bolts)
Peter Harrison 30% uprated chains
Uncracked guides and an unworn bottom sprocket taken from another donor engine.
Injectors ultrasonically cleaned
Idles and drives perfectly
Only issues were cheap stem seals and front crank oil seal were fitted (not by me) and these now leak

Comes with everything the engine needs to run (ECU, manual loom, starter, alternator, PAS pump, Vacuum box, exhaust manifolds, inlet system, cooling pipework)
Custom modified shallow sump allows extreme suspension lowering without the risk of damage
No downpipe (listed below)
£300R25-28 5-speed manual gearbox to suit C30SE
Converted to cable clutch (comes with all brackets and cable needed, all you will need is a cable operated pedalbox which are found in most Carltons)
Short shifter conversion (40% throw reduction)
This is a super smooth box, no crunches, whines or funny noises
£80Heavily modified C30SE downpipe
This was modified to account for the 100mm suspension drop I ran. The downpipe runs over 4 inches higher than the factory and is a few mm's higher than the chassis rail so it won't ever ground out. As a result the chassis brace and rear gearbox mount were modified and are included as a 'kit'. After the downpipe clears the gearbox mount it raises slightly and points parallel to the propshaft directly above. It has been cut at this point so the buyer can integrate it into his exhaust system.
2.5" mandrel bent pipework used throughout
Repositioned lamda port
Additional lamda port for use with wideband gauge (bung provided if not in use)
