My local Aldi store is selling packs of two H4 Xenon 60/55 Watt headlight bulbs at the reduced price of £1.99/pack  Smiley

poundworld do 1 60/55 h4 plus stop/tail ,indicator,number plate ,spare fuse and another bulb for the princely sum of £1
i've had the H4 fitted for 3 months and it still works ,the rest are slung in the glove box .

I did not read what the pack said,it was dark when i fitted em  Tongue
I thought VOSA was looking at non standard headlamp bulbs as part of new MOT rules.

It says Xenon on the pack, not on the bulb !

It just says + 50% on the bulb.

They will either need to have fairly sophisticated brightness testing instrumentation or remove the bulbs to examine them !
