yeh true very anorak like i agree,LIFE ON MARS was a good one for spotting motors that hadnt even come out yet in the year they were supposed to be filming.

Similar thing in Heartbeat. Set in the sixties, yet one episode during a boat chase, the music was Black Sabbath's Paranoid, which wasn't released until 1970.
I also like looking for the balls ups.

Later in the same programe there was what looked like a modern, wireless doorbell whicfh they woulnd't have had in '88. I think I might complain to OfCom!  |

yeh i noticed that too,when he races to the hospital in his metro,you see the side of it,the dippy alloys and wing badge.
