Mine is me one and only, so its used throughout the year. It lives outside as I don't have a garage.

You're right, usually equate white cars to hairdressers but yes that does look good in white

I've never heard that one before about white cars and hairdressers. I know the one about convertibles being hairdressers cars.

I know a hairdresser called Susie who has a Z3.

I did have an XR3i ragtop, which I paid £30 for with 4 months mot. Sold it when mot ran out for £200. What a dog! Never again. Probably why there is a sticker in my Carlton's rear windows that reads I'd rather push a Vauxhall than drive a Ford.

Toyota MR2 is another classic hairdressers car Smiley

I thought any white saloon/estate used to be classed as a cop car, especially if you wore a hi viz jacket or left it on the rear shelf Grin

Talking of white cars and hi vis jackets, I used to know someone who was in St John's ambulance. He had a white Rover. Whilst wearing the said St John's uniform, complete with his cap and hi vis jacket, he did look like PC Plum. The amount of cars that slowed down when they saw him, you wouldn't believe. Or maybe you would.
