Best comment I heard from an engineering director in the UK...... "Engineers? Dirt, we can pick you up from the street". I was pleased when the company went bust although the director was laughing all the way to the bank.

I can see no logical reason for anybody going to university to get a degree in engineering. There is no future in engineering in the UK as its so much easier for the government to borrow money leaving it to the next lot of idiots who get elected next time, and thats all parties!

Or, if you do get an engineering degree, go abroad young man.

Nothing to do with wrong radiator really..................

I went to college for three years on ACAD.

After passing with honours the only employement offer i had was for £5.00 ph  Angry, the going rate at the time was £25.00 ph basic.

After I stopped laughing at him I told him exactly where to shove his job.  Grin

Went out mini-cabbing  instead( in carlton 2.0gli)  Cool Took home on average £120.00 per day after tax and expenses, running costs, maintainence ETC. + because I had another car registered in my name I could claim for fuel/tyres/servicing and depreciation on the TAX returns.

Just think I could have been actually earning a good living for those three years I wasted in college.

P.S. Kevin isn't it terrible when you do something like running over your cowling
(NOBODY TO SHOUT AT) Roll Eyes
