I've got a parts catalogue here (1987-1993) but it's showing dozens of different numbers. Need to know specifically what model you have. (Saloon?, Estate?, CDX?, Diplomat?, Gsi?, Black, Blue colour trim, etc....) they all differ.

But some say NLS, even in the book!!

Ah, well, may have to have another scan through catalogue and see if there are any codes that denotes facelift from pre-facelift.

The range on the page states 1987-93, is there a difference in mouldings over the change then C_M?

Thanks Duke, that will help out as I remember seeing that code in the book prefixing the descriptions.

Will update later.

Yes, that's correct. Just had another look in the book. There are two different codes, M1000001- as The Duke states, the other code is -L1999999 which I assume is pre-face.

So, the numbers given for The grey trim should be correct and the numbers given for the black trim (in brackets underneath) should also be correct. (to the best of my knowledge).

All the facelift mouldings seem to be black whereas the pre-facelifts seem to show as browns/greys/beiges/blues.

There's also a whole number of other symbols (*, **, ##, %, %%, etc...) giving information about what colour the car was finished in (Polar White, Casablanca White, Carnelian Red, Emerald Green etc...) in short, a minefield of more information that we won't go into!!  Undecided
