first to post the picture please see guide:

when u look at finished post sometimes if the image is to big u have scroll bars etc and image doesnt fit to screen properly which can be annoying so heres how to change it
First go to the 'modify' tab that is in the right hand corner of the post
when u select this it should give u a box full of the text u submitted
if u look at the [img] tag u should see width=??? heght=??? the ? being the size of the picture
if u divide both of these numbers by 2 it will make the width and the height half the size when u submit the post
u dont have to be exact with the maths but try to alter the numbers by a similar percentage otherwise the picture will squashed
ie if u divide height by 2 divide the width by the same
when finished just submit
