24 valves breathing pure heaven into the thing

A friend of mine over here is just finished with his latest project, Omega with a C30SE turbocharged engine!
The engine itself is spent almost 20 000 pounds on, and that incluedes a huge turbo, front mounted intercooler, custom intake and strengthened pistons, valves etc.

The result is 583 BHP at the wheels!

Very cool, but 20K really?!?! I'd have just bought a 2JZ-GTE supra engine with running gear and transferred it over, then tuned that to 600bhp. Could have done that for half the cost.

Well, yeah.. But we're talking about a hardcore Opel guy here... He actually has an 2006 Opel GT too. I don't think an engine coming from another brand ever was an option  Grin
