engine management light

is on my rotor arm broke up .. fitted new one now engine mangement light is on done paper clip test only has the oil sender code on no other code on .. power is down as well .. any whoo anyone know of any places in the west midlands i can take it to ??

check you've not loosened an engine management plug while under the bonnet.
then reset the ecu (disconect the battery for half hour).
then run the engine and re do the paper clip test.
also read up on "hall sensor" (do a search) as this is inside the dissy cap.

cheers matey .. went half way up the santa pod strip lol made some nice bangs out of exhaust .. going to try it tomorrow but noticed dizzy cap is knackred as well .. but hopefully ecu will reset itself ..
