Thanks to Murph and Mr Mad i now have a replacement tailgate for the barge Grin looks simple enough to replace but i could do with a heads up on where the wiring goes inside the car, and what trim do i need to remove so i can disconnect it

Can anyone help Huh

Remove the speakers
Remove the tailgate trim
Disconnect the wiring for the lock motor and wiper motor
Prize out and disconnect washer nozzle
Feed all wiring through grommet on drivers side
Pop off the rams
Unbolt hinges while a helper steadies the door

Get beer

Refitting is reversal of removal... probably.

Interesting.....so your saying take it out of the tailgate instead of from the car Huh  I wasnt sure whether the plugs for the wiper motor etc would squeeze out the tailgate Huh

Cool i will take another look when i pick it up from the painters next weekend Grin didnt fancy removing the trim and headlineing etc Tongue
