Hi,
 Carlton diplomat 2.0 saloon 1993
   Is the code for cutting a new key, In the boot on/near the boot lock? Undecided

Seem to remember it being there on a 1989 gli when I needed to get a new key from Vauxhall

Vauxhall should be able to look it up via your reg no. - assuming it still has it's original lock set of course.

Thanks. You learn something new every day, pity they couldn't do that in 1995 I had to break in to the car then get into to the boot (which was set to not unlock with the rest) and read the number using a torch.
  I was a lot thinner then and don't think I'd fit now  Roll Eyes Cry.
Must get on phone on tuesday.
