I noticed that the standard rear lights of Chevrolet Omega are almost identical to Irmscher's.

Does anybody have a clue where we find them? I tried different country versions of ebay but no luck. The last set of Irmchers one's were sold 200 euro on ebay so maybe the Chevy one's come cheaper...

From all the pictures that I found, Chevy's estate rear clusters looks the same with European version but in the site mentioned below, there are similar look rear clusters for the estate!

I found this site http://atajos.abatata.com.br/omega+lanterna

Prices start at 75 R$ (Brazilian Real) which is 28,5 GBP / 32,5 EURO

Now all that's left, is to know if someone can ship them to our Continent...

UPS?
Only downsides I can think of are import duties, which are plus VAT, and do they have E marks? They look like they might have a white reflector (as do the Irmscher ones), which technically, is also an MOT fail.........although you could use them for show use only. Wink
They do look good - bit of a change from Irmscher!

Do you know what "Nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible c*nt... me.

Mmmmm, food for thought. Our company has rigs over there, I wonder if I know anyone working over there who might be willing to bring maybe one or two back, well it would have to be two really. Give me a day or two to do some digging, after all if there's a way not to pay import tax and forego shipping charges then hey why the hell not!!!!

I contacted a Chevrolet dealer in my country and they said that they can't help me because Chevrolet Omega isn't imported to my country. A mate who works in an opel parts center told me "Well, only in Brazil!" Seems like internet is the only way... Undecided

I'm still working on this, you never know, after this trip I might even get a rig working off Brazil, now wouldn't that be good.
