anyone done speakers in the rear doors?

anyone managed to fit speakes into the rear doors at all? so far ive upgraded the front door speakers, uprated the rear shelf ones, got them amped and also got a 12" and a 10" sub amped in the boot but it just needs that extra bit in the middle . Im guessing that if i did fit some, i would not be able to open the windows fully but i dont want to wreck the door cards and stuff incase its a no go .

in my bmw tourer i fitted kenwood blu cone thin door speakers in the backs of the front seats lol .. y ? dont know there was a rip in one so being a brummy ..............
