All,

I'm found someone who can make replica's from an original that Matt gave me.

These will be in fibreglass, not foam, meaning they will be more rigid.

As such they may need a little light sanding/filing to make them fit perfectly.

The price depends on the numbers required.

If I order under 10 £70, over 10 £60, excluding P&P.

All wants will have to send me a deposit of £20 and then full payment once the spoiler is made.

I'll post a photo once I've got an example made.

Interested too  Grin May be a better option than the Prodrive Omega spoiler I've got to fit.

But surely someone has an image of one, I might not like the design so I won't commit without seeing one first.

Here's a poor one from a while ago when we had a mini meet PS it's the one in the background.

And here's a few from a senny 4.0 estate

genuine Irmscher items.

Whoops, scrub that, the first two are Irmscher, but the second two have a high level brake light. I don't think that was an option from the big 'I' in fact it looks like the one's you get off ebay I mentioned in another post.

Funny you should put those up, last night I went digging and found my Irmscher 'classics' catalog and it shows the Estate spoiler

Do they serve a purpose or are they just cosmetic?

Mainly a styling addition although it does aid the wind flow and stops a lot of the crud being thrown onto the back window, always a problem with the estate.

Not got an estate, I'm in the process of (hopefully) doing a deal on one. May be these ain't for me then. Never been into the styling thing

When I had my 7 series, Alpina did a front spoiler for the thick end of 300 notes, plus painting and fitting. It reduced front end lift at 120 mph upwards. How often do I need to reduce front end lift upwards of 120 mph? So I couldn't justify spending 300 notes.
